Breastfeeding energy balls


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup smoothie mix 
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup pitted dates
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut 
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips 


Directions:

  • Soak dates till very soft
  • In a food processor combine oats, dates and smoothie mix. 
  • Process all till its combined 
  • Take spoonfuls and roll like a ball using hands
  • Coat with either desiccated coconut or chocolate chips…… enjoy
